Refund Policy

The Entry Pass is refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 30 tokens and have not unlocked the bespoke service. After either limit is reached, the Entry Pass is non-refundable because real engine cost has been incurred on your behalf.

Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

The annual plan is refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days of the billing period, minus tokens already consumed at the monthly equivalent rate. After 14 days the annual plan is non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Token top-ups are non-refundable once any token from the pack has been consumed. If you have not used any of the topped-up pack, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

Bespoke is a custom craft service. Once we begin work on your bespoke model (typically within 48 hours of intake), the fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver, or if you withdraw before we start, you receive a full refund.

If a Lock Sheet, DIP compile, or storyboard run fails due to a system error on our side, we automatically refund the tokens to your account. You do not need to request this.

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We resolve almost every dispute directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is open.

Email hello@midastudio.app from the address on your Midas account, with the order ID and a one-line reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy reduces statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts). Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
